No, you do not need any prior experience to join our boxing program. Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
For your first class, you should wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel, as you will be working up a sweat. Gloves and hand wraps will be provided for your trial session.
The number of classes you need to attend per week to see results varies depending on your fitness goals and experience level. We recommend attending at least two to three classes per week to see improvements in strength, endurance, and technique.
