MACHADO JIU JITSU NETWORK INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Register Agreement
Individuals willing to become members of the 'Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Network' will enjoy the following benefits:
  • Reduced rates at Carlos Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminars.
  • Reduced entry fees at Carlos Machado Brazil- ian Jiu Jitsu sponsored tournaments.
  • Discount of 10% on Carlos Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu merchandise (Clothing, kimonos, acces sories).
  • 3 (Three) Complimentary Carlos Machado Bra- zilian Jiu Jitsu Patches.
  • Automatic subscription to our quarterly news- letter.
  • Ability to test for rank in Carlos Machado Bra- zilian Jiu Jitsu.
  • Network Individual Fees: $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) PAID ANNUALLY.
  • Membership ID Card. The Network Member will granted and ID Card with a valid Nation wide number, stating the following information:
    • Name
    • City/State of Residence
    • Rank (If not ranked in Machado Jiu Jitsu, it will show the word 'NEW')
    • Date of Admission
    • Expiration Date

  • Automatic Termination/Cancellation of Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Network Membership

The following items will give cause to immediate termination of member ship status with Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Network:
  • Any involement in criminal activities
  • Drug Abuse
  • Bad Sportsmanship in any sport event sponsored or not by the Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu network.
  • Default on payment of Annual Membership Fees.
