Here you will receive personal instruction from Carlos Machado, the highest ranked (8th Degree) Black Belt in BJJ in the entire Southwest and the nephew of the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Carlos Gracie.

Carlos Machado has designed a program specifically oriented to satisfy your individual needs in martial arts, in a safe and positive environment. Our classes are conducive to fast learning and lasting results that will accommodate individuals of any experience level (from beginner to advanced), any fitness level (from inactive to athletic shape) and every age group (from 5 to 75 years old), including men, women and children.

CMJJ BASICS

Our Blue Belt requirements are comprehensively taught in this class. This class is comprehensively designed to ensure that our students learn all of the required material to pass our CMJJ Blue Belt test. This class is mandatory for all White Belt students and is highly recommended for students of all levels to stay sharp on our core requirements. You will learn all aspects of Machado Jiu-Jitsu from top to bottom.

CMJJ BLUE BELT & ABOVE

This class is available to all BJJ Blue Belts and above. In this class students are shown more advanced flowing drills, throwing combinations and submissions. White Belt students who are Elite Members may attend this class with Black Belt Instructor approval.

NO-GI GRAPPLING

This class focuses on grappling without the use of the Gi. It is highly recommended that students interested in No Gi Grappling training still attend the CMJJ Basics classes to develop a solid base in Machado Jiu-Jitsu.

MACHADO JAGUARS

This class provides children ages 4-12 with the opportunity to develop discipline, self-confidence, respect, integrity, teamwork and responsibility that are the core principles for personal success. The practice of Machado Jiu-Jitsu is a means to individual development and in our program, the children acquire the skills to defend themselves against bullies as well as perfect the techniques that will serve as the foundation for their continued growth in Machado Jiu-Jitsu. The most important effect this has is that it teaches them that disciplined and dedicated effort ALWAYS brings positive results.
